Ten Tips!

Tip #1: Prime! Prime! Prime!
Primer is the key to keeping your eye colors bright & the best way to keep your makeup from creasing. My favorite primer is Urban Decay Primer Potion.

Tip #2: COLOR!
Color should be inspiration for your makeup ideas. Color lets your personality shine through everything. There's no do's & don'ts of makeup, you do what you want with makeup. Feel free to play with color.

Tip #3: Explore your face.
The better you know your face, the easier makeup application will be. Especially around the dry or oily areas.

Tip #4: Let your skin breath!
By not over doing it in products for your skin, give it a break. In the long run, you skin will be nice & healthy.  By letting your skin breathe, you are also letting your natural skin glow come out.

Tip #5: Don't over use a product!
By over using a product, you look over done, like there's too much of one color, or you just look plain tacky. Nobody wants to look tacky.

Tip #6: BLEND! BLEND! BLEND!
Blending is the key to all sucess. By not blending, your makeup will come out cakey, & then you'll just look like you wear too much makeup.

Tip #7: There are NO MISTAKES in makeup.
Get creative.. No one can tell you your doing something wrong on your makeup look. ITS YOUR LOOK, go with your flow & don't let anyone tell you other wise.

Tip #8: Find a color that goes with your skin tone as well as your eyes.
Finding a nice color to compliment your skin tone is always a must. It brings out some very good features. But along with that, the color should also bring out the color in your eyes. That way, your eyes will look wider, brighter, & beautiful. Also, a nice glow around the eyes, pulls away from any unwanted attention around the face, such as redness.

Tip #9: Clean your brushes!
Clean brushes, mean less germs. If you don't clean your brushes, the germs left from yesterdays makeover can cause a breakout for you. No one wants breakouts. Also, clean brushes mean none of yesterdays color will be in your makeup look today.

Tip #10: Make sure you have good lighting, then take a step back.
Good lighting is a must, for any makeup application. But after your done applying makeup, its good to take a step back away from the mirror, & take a look to see how you look. Make sure everything to just right to your eye, no one wants to walk out of the house looking like a clown.
